I cannot believe it has already been one year since I started posting on my blog! And it is amazing how much I have learned in this whole year and also how much I have actually produced.
So to celebrate, I decided to gift myself and the blog something special.
First of all, what birthday would it be without a birthday cake?
Second of all, I decided to redesign the blog and create a logo for it! I was inspired by this picture I took a long time ago:
And here’s the logo in all its glory:
The orangey-red was chosen as a homage to the beautiful red tile rooftops of Graz.
Now let’s have a quick look at what happened in the past year:
A short retrospective
A lot of things happened during the past year. The blog has grown so much and I have learned so much in only one year. Let’s have a look at what happened:
First post: Allerheiligen Striezel
Most popular blog post: 12 reasons why Graz is a great place to live in
# of blog posts: 55 (excluding this one)
# of interviews with Grazers: 6
# of visitors: 3500+
All in all, I feel pretty proud of myself. Not only because the number of visitors exceeded my expectations, but also because I managed to hold on and post for a whole year.
Let’s keep up the good work and do even more in the upcoming year! 🙂
Now I’m going to go blow out the candles and enjoy a slice of my homemade cake. To even more birthdays of Living La Vida Graz!
